With the crisp autumn air and the sweet fragrance of osmanthus blossoms, we cordially invite you to the 25th China International Industry Fair (hereinafter referred to as “CIIF”), to be held on September 23, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

Invitation

Booth Number: Shanghai Industrial: Expo E087

Main Products

General-purpose terminals, European-style terminals, combination terminals, high-current terminals, enclosed terminals, plastic terminals, and spring terminals

UK terminal blocks features:

1. Structure: Employs screw clamping technology, using a screwdriver to tighten screws to secure the wires.

2. Material: The outer shell is made of flame-retardant PA66 material, and the clamping components are made of highly conductive copper alloy, possessing excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties.

3. Marking: Features a transparent plastic label and universal test holes for easy circuit identification and live measurement.

Advantages: High versatility, cost-effective, secure installation, and extremely wide range of models (such as UK 3N, UK 5, etc., representing the number of pins).

PT terminal blocks features:

1. Mounting Method: Direct soldering or crimping to the PCB board.

2. Connection Technology: Mostly screw connections or spring clamps (such as WAGO’s CAGE CLAMP® technology), the latter enabling tool-free, quick wiring.

3. Pitch: Standard pin pitches (e.g., 3.5mm, 5.0mm, 7.5mm, 10.0mm, etc.) perfectly match the PCB design.

Applicable Scenarios: Inverters, servo drives, PLCs, power supplies, industrial computers, and all other electronic devices with PCB boards.

Advantages: Saves space, provides stable board-end connections, and simplifies equipment assembly processes.

PCT terminal blocks features:

1.High Current Carrying Capacity: Utilizes large-size copper alloy conductors and optimized design, resulting in low contact resistance and excellent heat dissipation.

2.Robust Construction: Metal or high-strength engineering plastic housing, shock and impact resistant.

3.Connection Methods: Typically employs screw connections or hydraulic clamping to ensure excellent clamping force for large cross-section conductors (up to 185mm² or even larger).

Applicable Scenarios: Power distribution, inverter output, motor connection, power industry, wind power, rail transportation, and other high-power applications.

Advantages: Safe and reliable transmission of high current, long mechanical life, suitable for harsh environments.

TC terminal blocks features:

1.Quick Connection: Simply use a screwdriver or your finger to operate the lever to open the spring clip, insert the wire, and release to complete the connection; no screws are required.

2.Vibration Resistance: The constant force design of the spring effectively compensates for wire cold creep, providing vibration resistance far exceeding that of screw connections.

3.Wide Wire Diameter Compatibility: One terminal is compatible with multiple wire diameters within a range, reducing the variety of items in your inventory.

Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for applications with frequent vibration (such as machinery and rail transportation), commissioning sites requiring frequent wiring modifications, and large-scale installations to improve efficiency.

Advantages: Extremely fast wiring speed, strong vibration resistance, and easy maintenance.

TD terminal blocks features:

1.Multi-layer structure: Typically designed with two or more layers, each with independent wiring holes, but all layers are electrically connected internally.

2.Flexible wiring: Allows wires from different directions and with different wire diameters (such as power inputs and multiple outputs) to converge at the same terminal, achieving a “one-in, multiple-out” star topology.

3.Neat and aesthetically pleasing: Significantly reduces the messy jumpers used for equipotential bonding within the control cabinet, making wiring orderly and facilitating later wiring traces and maintenance.

4.Optional accessories: Usually comes with pre-fabricated metal jumper clips, which can easily bridge multiple TD terminals laterally, quickly achieving potential distribution for multiple circuits.

Applicable Scenarios: Power distribution (e.g., 24VDC, 0V distribution), signal distribution, and complex control systems requiring multi-point equipotential bonding.

Advantages: Clear wiring, improved power distribution efficiency, reduced installation errors, and a more aesthetically pleasing and professional cabinet interior.

SAK terminal blocks features:

1.Compact Design: Narrower than traditional UK terminals, allowing for more terminals to be installed within the same rail length, significantly saving control cabinet space.

2.Connection Technology: Employs a direct-insertion spring connection; connections are completed simply by pressing the wire directly into the opening with a screwdriver, resulting in high efficiency.

3.High Density: Small pin pitch and compact structure, yet uncompromising performance.

Applicable Scenarios: Compact control cabinets, small devices, communication equipment, and peripheral connections for I/O modules where space is extremely limited.

Advantages: Extremely high space utilization, quick and simple wiring, and reliable connection performance.

PTV terminal blocks features:

1.Integrated Switch: A clearly colored (usually red) operating handle allows for easy connection or disconnection of the circuit, with a clear “ON/OFF” indication.

2.Safety Isolation: Provides a visible disconnect point for easy equipment maintenance, debugging, and emergency power-off, enhancing safety.

3.Testing Function: Many models also integrate test ports for convenient measurement without disconnecting the leads.

Applicable Scenarios: Situations requiring manual control of circuit on/off states, such as isolation after an emergency equipment stop, line maintenance, and power switching.

Advantages: Combines switching and wiring functions into one, saving space and improving operational safety and convenience.

UKK terminal blocks features:

1.Highly Identifiable: Typically uses a yellow-green plastic casing (compliant with international grounding wire color standards), providing high visibility, preventing misconnection, and ensuring safety.

2.Metal Connecting Plate: All clamping points inside the terminals are electrically connected via a highly conductive metal connecting plate (usually a copper busbar), ensuring all grounding points are at the same potential.

3.Low Impedance Path: Provides a reliable, low-impedance current path for the grounding loop, ensuring rapid operation of the protection device in the event of a fault.

4.Installation Method: Similar to the UK series, it uses a TH35 top-cap DIN rail for high compatibility.

Applicable Scenarios: Main grounding busbars in control cabinets and distribution boxes, equipment safety grounding, and equipotential bonding in DIN rail systems.

Advantages: Safe and compliant, easy to identify, provides reliable low-impedance grounding, and simplifies grounding system wiring.

IN terminal blocks features:

1. Built-in Short-Circuit Bridge: This is the core function of the IN terminal. It features a movable short-circuit piece (short-circuit bridge) and test sockets.

2. Normal Operating State: When the short-circuit piece is open, current flows through the terminal, supplying the downstream measuring instruments (such as electricity meters and ammeters).

3. Maintenance and Testing State: When maintenance or replacement of downstream instruments is required, the short-circuit piece can be inserted to safely short-circuit the secondary output of the current transformer before disconnecting the downstream wiring, thus ensuring absolute operational safety.

4. Provides clear test points, facilitating calibration and diagnostics by connecting measuring equipment without disconnecting the circuit.

Applicable Scenarios: Power monitoring systems, energy metering cabinets, motor protection circuits, and all other applications where current transformers are used for current sampling and measurement.

Advantages: Ensures safety, prevents the danger of open circuit on the secondary side of the current transformer (CT), and facilitates system maintenance, testing, and instrument replacement.
