All copper materials and plastic particles (PA66, PBT, etc.) undergo IQC inspection upon arrival to ensure compliance with RoHS/REACH requirements. In addition, the raw materials are checked for conductivity, mechanical strength, flame-retardant properties, dimensional stability, and overall consistency to guarantee reliable performance in terminal block production.
The fully automatic injection molding machine is equipped with a robotic arm to ensure consistent insulator dimensions and burr-free surfaces. It enables automatic part handling, precise molding, and stable production, reducing manual errors while improving efficiency and consistency.
The fully automatic assembly line integrates pin insertion, assembly, and testing to achieve a standardized process. It completes key operations continuously, reducing manual work, minimizing errors, and improving efficiency and consistency.
In addition to automated lines, Shengling also has skilled manual assembly lines for special products, complex structures, and customized orders. Manual assembly offers greater flexibility for precise operation and quick adjustment according to different product requirements.
